DESCRIPTION & BACKGROUND


Alice was born in to a French-Canadian family that runs a successful water caravan that traveled down from Quebec to Wisconsin. For the majority of her life, she has been surrounded by the good fortune of her parents, so reality was never able to hit her with as big of an impact as it has for other people. She believes that the real world (Or as real as this apocalypse can be) is a place where she can make a name for herself as a big shot merchant, like her parents. She decided at the age of nineteen that she wanted to try and live on her own and try to start her own merchant business. She left her parents' caravan and headed to the Farmers Market in Madison so she could see how running a business is done.
Being the daughter of a merchant family, she was able to pick up on some business techniques from her parents from watching them negotiate with customers, but management is something she will have to pick up on her own. Her plan going in to the business world is to open up a shop that sells wooden sculptures and accessories, since one of her favorite things to do is whittle with her switchblade. Until she is able to earn her own money with her craft, she has resorted to doing small theft crimes to keep herself afloat. Fortunately or unfortunately, she has gotten quite good at it.
